Recipes:
Pepper Seasoned BBQ Corn on the Cob
Pre-heat BBQ.
Peel back husks from several ears of corn being careful not
to damage the husks. If necessary, remove entire husk sections
at a time, but be sure to keep each section intact.
Remove corn silk and rinse.
Coat each ear of corn with a liberal amount of butter.
Carefully rewrap corn in husks.
Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil and twist ends tightly.
Place on covered BBQ and cook over low heat for 40 minutes,
turning 1/4 turn every 10 minutes.
Remove from BBQ
Remove foil and husks.
Sprinkle with Papa Luigi's Fresh Pepper Seasoning and serve.
